If you are a Glicnet client you will probably have a Content Management System which allows you a lot of scope to update content and other information on your site.
As a result you are helping to control how well your site ranks on Search Engines. As a quick reference quide we have put together a page on what you should be doing in terms of Search Engine Optimisation.

2011 saw Glicnet work on 34 different projects ranging from small simple websites to complex back-end programming.
2012 looks set to be another good year and already January/February are looking very busy!

Most people who look at a website judge the book by it's cover. The importance of the underlying code is rarely considered in terms of SEO while keyword analysis and content is given all the attention.

The first week of 2011 is just about over and already it's a busy time here at Glicnet.
Two websites have went live this week and they could hardly be more different. The first is for a search engine company in Australia called SEO Agency Sydney and is up and running on www.seoagencysydney.com.au
Our good friend Meg Lofts created the design and every thing else has been custom built by Glicnet.
Also this week a new site for those looking for a taxi or bus in and around Knock Airport in Mayo Ireland: Ireland West Cabs N Bus - a basic but effective site. Good luck to Ronan and all involved.
While the two sites are very different they have both been programmed to a high standard and to the best value price around. There are a couple of things to be added to both and we look forward to helping both clients get the most out of their respective websites.

Recently we helped build the website www.cartonbroswoodcraft.ie - an innovative, family-run company in Co. Westmeath. While we didn't get to see the kitchens and custom-made furniture in the flesh their stuff looks pretty good and they seem to know their kitchens. We also found them to be a friendly bunch so if you're looking for a kitchen look no further!

It is often the case that the shoemakers children are the ones with worst shoes. So too is it the case with a web development company as it is difficult to stop doing paid work to focus on your own site. However we have finally got round to updating or own site and have done away witht the previous flash-heavy website.
